Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesLocation is ideal to get into DC North as well as heading South. Bus stop is nearby to get to Van Dorn street station. Apartments are spacious, especially for the location and price. Pets are welcome and there is a dark park on site. There rare numerous stores, parks and a great library all nearby.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesArcides is a great help, he is my go to if I have any issues and they are resolved within a day I do enjoy the community perks they offer as well. I love that the complex added a fundraiser option to the rent payment page and was able to raise 25k for coats for less fortunate children. I have been renting for 10 years and never had an apartment complex donate to a cause like that, it is what prompted me to leave this review. While there can definitely be some changes upgrades made to really consider this place true luxury living, overall they are doing it better than many surrounding places

My experience of a year has been well received. Prices are great and issues are dealt with and settled asap. Community feel is good. I feel safe and welcomed in this building.
